This program offers an introduction to the theatre environment, surgical specialties, and the roles of Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) within the multi-disciplinary team. It explores the perioperative journey, focusing on patient-centered care and the advancements in ODP practice. Through a written assignment, students will examine the roles and responsibilities of ODPs in relation to patient care.
