Program Overview

This part-time horticulture course equips aspiring supervisors in the fruit production industry with practical skills in production knowledge, teamwork, and communication. Delivered over 12 months, the program covers supervisory and seasonal fruit production skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of growing and harvesting processes. Upon completion, students will receive the New Zealand Certificate in Horticulture Production (Fruit Production) (Level 4), qualifying them for supervisory roles in the industry.
