The Master of Science in Forensic Science (MSFS) program is the only program accredited by the Forensic Science Education Program Accreditation Commission (FEPAC) in the state of Maryland. It offers a curriculum focused on application and provides students with an educational background and development of forensic science laboratory skills.

Objectives:

• To provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of forensic science.
• To develop students’ skills in forensic laboratory techniques and analysis.
• Students must complete a forensic research project or thesis.

• Students may choose an internship with a professional forensic science laboratory.
