Program Overview
The Indigenous Reconciliation & Resurgence Option provides foundational knowledge and skills for contributing to the ongoing national conversation on reconciliation. Students complete 4.0 credits from a selection of courses in Category A (Indigenous Studies) and Category B (related cross-disciplinary studies). Through this interdisciplinary lens, students explore the resurgence of Indigenous peoples and its impact on the Canadian national project.

Degree Overview:
Over the last few decades, the resurgence of Indigenous peoples has largely animated the Canadian national project of reconciliation. In this option, you will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively contribute to this nationwide conversation. An option is a “mini-minor” – a set of courses in one discipline that can be completed in conjunction with any undergraduate degree program, allowing you to focus on an additional subject of interest.
