Program Overview

The Chemistry Minor at SF State provides students with a solid foundation in chemistry concepts, including problem-solving, laboratory skills, and scientific communication. It requires 20 units of coursework, including 8 units of core courses and 12 units of electives, with a minimum of 6 upper-division units and a 2.0 GPA required for completion.
