Program Overview

The Minor in Labor and Employment Studies, requiring 12 units of coursework with a minimum GPA of 2.0, focuses on the study of labor-related topics. Students complete a required introductory course and then choose three from a selection that includes comparative employment relations, women and work, and labor rights. This program prepares students for careers in labor relations, human resources, and other fields related to labor and employment.
