Program Overview

It encompasses both lower-division and upper-division courses in various areas, including acting, production, design, and theater studies. Students develop critical thinking and informed judgments about theater while exploring diverse repertory and cultural performance options. The program requires a minimum GPA of 2.0 for all coursework, with at least 6 units of upper-division courses completed in residence at SF State.
