Undergraduate Program
Program Overview
The University of Louisville (UofL) and Alamein International University (AIU) have partnered to offer a 2+2 undergraduate degree program in either Bioengineering or Computer Science Engineering. Students will complete approximately half of the degree requirements at AIU and half at UofL. AIU students who are admitted to UofL will pay the equivalent of in-state resident tuition rate for all courses taught by the JB Speed School of Engineering, and 65% of the non-resident tuition rate for all other courses.

Entry Requirements:
- Minimum GPA: Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.8 based on the courses transferred into UofL for academic credit.
- Prerequisite Courses: Students must have successfully completed courses equivalent to AIU’s MAT 111/112 and CHE 111.
- Transfer Credit: A transfer student must earn at least sixty (60) semester hours applicable toward the baccalaureate degree in a fully accredited four-year program at a college or university. Students earning baccalaureate degrees are required to complete at least 25 percent of the total credit hours required for the degree at the University of Louisville. Students earning baccalaureate degrees are also required to complete 30 of their last 36 semester hours at the University of Louisville.
