Program Overview

This three-year program provides a comprehensive foundation in real estate, covering subjects such as construction, finance, law, marketing, and valuations. Graduates are eligible for licensing by the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and can pursue careers as estate agents, property managers, property valuers, letting agents, and property consultants. Students have the opportunity to participate in international real estate challenges and transfer to an honors degree program upon graduation.
