Program Overview

The Postgraduate Diploma in Science in Brewing and Distilling provides students with scientific knowledge in brewing and distilling, including fermentation, distillation, analysis, and beverage regulations. Taught through lectures and labs, the part-time program takes 9 months to complete and prepares graduates for careers in various roles within the brewing and distilling industry. Upon completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Brewing and Distilling or demonstration of relevant experience, individuals can earn the Diploma (Add On).
