Program Overview

This minor in Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) prepares students for a career in special education, specifically in the area of physical education. The program includes coursework in anatomy, kinesiology, motor learning, curriculum design, and positive behavior support. Graduates are eligible for licensure in Minnesota and can pursue further certification as Adapted PE Specialists.
