Program Overview

Niagara College's Dental Hygiene program is a 3-year Advanced Diploma program that equips students with the knowledge and skills to provide oral health education and patient care in a clinical setting. Graduates are eligible to write the National Dental Hygiene Certification Board exam and become registered dental hygienists in Ontario. The program is delivered over six consecutive terms (24 months) with a condensed schedule and includes exceptional pre-clinical practice and clinical opportunities in Niagara College's modern, fully operational dental clinic.
