Program Overview

The program prepares students for careers in college and university administration, management, and leadership, with a focus on developing skills in areas such as residential life, academic advising, and student leadership. Students can complete the program in one year by taking two courses per term, and those working in higher education or holding graduate assistantships may receive a tuition waiver.
