Program Overview

The Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership prepares experienced professionals for leadership roles in higher education, emphasizing social justice and belonging. Through a combination of theory, practice, and research, students develop the skills to improve institutional policies, advocate for equity, and lead with a deep understanding of the forces shaping higher education. The program features a cohort model, on-campus residencies, and a Dissertation in Practice focused on addressing real-world challenges.
