Program Overview

Saint Louis University's minor in Ibero-American studies, offered on their Madrid campus, provides an interdisciplinary exploration of the history, politics, and culture of Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. Students can complete the minor in two semesters or one semester with additional summer sessions, while studying in Madrid and participating in experiential learning activities in Latin America. The program requires six courses from various disciplines, including history, political science, anthropology, and Spanish literature, with at least one course taught in Spanish.
