Program Overview

The Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration, M.A. The program emphasizes the interplay of theory and practice in higher education and prepares individuals for professional, entry-level, and middle-management positions in the academic, administrative, institutional, public policy, and student affairs offices of two and four-year colleges and universities, multi-campus systems, foundations, and government agencies. The program is grounded in a social justice framework that focuses on addressing experiences of systemic injustice and displacing oppressive structures with those that provide for all.
