Program Overview

The Saint Louis University Law, J.D. and Sociology, M.S. Dual Degree program combines legal training with social science expertise. It prepares graduates for careers in law enforcement, corrections, and judicial positions, as well as in policy analysis, program evaluation, and other fields. Students complete 106 credit hours including a summer internship, saving time and tuition compared to completing the degrees separately. The program provides unique insights into the relationship between law and society, enabling students to develop problem-solving skills and a comprehensive understanding of legal issues and their impact on society.
