English, Bachelor's to Law, J.D. Accelerated Program
Program Overview
Saint Louis University's accelerated English/J.D. program allows eligible students to apply first-year law school credits toward their undergraduate degree and receive their bachelor's degree after successfully completing their first year at the School of Law. Students must maintain a 3.50 cumulative GPA, have completed between 15 and 48 credits at SLU, and three credits should be in a 3000-level English course to be considered for the program. After students complete 75 credits, they will apply to SLU's School of Law. If accepted, they will begin their J.D. program in their fourth year, with the first year of law school coursework counting as elective credit toward their undergraduate degree, enabling them to receive their undergraduate degree after their first year of law school.
