Program Overview

This program is designed for internationally registered nurses who have met the Nursing Council of New Zealand's initial criteria and require a Competency Assessment Programme to obtain their nursing registration in New Zealand. Through theoretical and practical components, this program prepares nurses with the specific knowledge and skills necessary to practice as part of a healthcare team in New Zealand. Successful completion enables participants to demonstrate their ability to meet the Nursing Council of New Zealand competencies as a Registered Nurse scope of practice.
