Program Overview

The one-year hospitality management program prepares students for junior-level roles in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars, and hotels. The program includes coursework in facility management, marketing, and human resources, as well as hands-on experience in Otago Polytechnic's commercial operations and industry placements. Graduates are well-equipped for roles as supervisors or team leaders in the hospitality sector.
