Program Overview

The New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Social and Community Services) prepares students for careers in social support work. The program aligns with community and industry needs, and national strategies by providing practical knowledge and skills to facilitate wellbeing across the four dimensions of health: physical, mental and emotional, family and social, and spiritual and connection. Students can choose from three specialty strands: Community Facilitation, Mental Health and Addiction, and Social Services.
