Program Overview

This micro-credential program empowers young people to develop their leadership skills through experiential learning. It focuses on self-discovery, leadership theories, and practical application in teamwork and recreational activities. Upon completion, participants earn PD Points, a Certificate of Achievement, and an official UWA transcript, preparing them for leadership roles in tertiary studies and beyond.
