Program Overview
The Graduate Certificate in Minerals and Energy Management is a customized course designed to provide general management skill-set to advance a career within the resources sector with a focus on technical and commercial backgrounds in mining and oil/gas industries. This course is suitable for both business and technical graduates, and experienced professionals who did not complete an undergraduate degree. The course is designed to provide a pathway for entry into the minerals and energy sector.
Entry Requirements:
(1) To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—(a) a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA; and(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent; and(c) at least two years professional experience in a relevant occupation; or(2) significant work experience including at least 5 years with a material level of responsibility.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
Minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0.
