Program Overview

The Religious Studies program at UNO offers a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on the study of different religions and their historical, cultural, and philosophical significance. Students complete 30 hours of religion coursework, including core classes like Religions of the World, Religion and Critical Thought, and Senior Seminar in Religion, along with electives that align with their interests. To fulfill university requirements, students also complete 46 hours of general education courses and 16 hours of foreign language study, culminating in a well-rounded education in religious studies.
