Program Overview
The Neuroscience minor comprises 15 credit hours, including core courses in Introduction to Neuroscience I and II. Students select 9 credit hours from a variety of 4000-level electives covering specialized topics in neuroscience, such as neuropharmacology and social neuroscience. The minor's online and in-person coursework flexibility accommodates diverse learning styles. By completing the minor with a C- or better in all courses, students gain a fundamental understanding of neurological function and its applications in various fields of study.

A minor in Neuroscience requires 15 credit hours. Students are able to complete the minor with a combination of online and in-person coursework. All coursework will need to be completed with a grade of C- or better. No coursework in the minor will be allowed to double-count with a major or minor in Psychology or Biology. Students are required to complete NEUR 1520 and NEUR 1540, plus 9 credit hours in selected 4000-level Neuroscience electives.
