Overview
The Nursing Dual Award (Adult and Mental Health) MSci is a four-year, full-time course that enables students to achieve a Master's level award alongside NMC registration in two fields of practice as a dual award. This course is designed for students who do not have a prior degree and want to pursue a career in nursing.
Course Description
This course is a holistic learning experience that enables students to become emotionally resilient and transformational Registered Nurses of the future. Students will complete a range of modules to develop the fundamental knowledge and skills for safe, effective nursing practice, where the interests of people using or needing nursing services are put first.

Careers
- On completion of the program, students are eligible to apply for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council in their field of practice
- A variety of careers and career pathways are open to Registered Nurses, including hospitals, community services, primary care services, mental health services, children's services, learning disability services, general practice, and private, voluntary, and independent services across the NHS or other health and care organizations
