Program Overview

This module provides professionals in acute child and youth care with the knowledge and skills to deliver high dependency care. The module covers monitoring, intervention initiation, and clinical reasoning in the high dependency unit environment. Professionals who successfully complete both theoretical and practice-based assessments will be prepared for career progression in the care of critically ill children and young people.
