Program Overview

This module provides nurses with specialized knowledge and skills to care for children and adolescents undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT). It covers pathophysiology, supportive care, legal aspects, ethical implications, and psychosocial issues related to HSCT. Participants will complete practice-based competencies and critically analyze an aspect of patient care through a case study presentation. The module is available as a standalone CPD opportunity for nurses in pediatric and adolescent HSCT areas.
