Program Overview

The Chartered Surveying Degree Apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying is a 5.5-year program that leads to a BSc (Hons) and a qualification towards chartered membership of RICS. The program equips students with the knowledge and skills to become professional quantity surveyors, capable of cost planning, cost control, and contract administration in the construction industry. Fully funded by the employer, the program includes field trips and residential visits, and is fully accredited by RICS and CIOB.
