Program Overview

This one-year part-time program equips students with the skills and knowledge to develop and monitor organic crop production plans. Through hands-on experience and practical learning, students will gain an understanding of organic primary production operations, soil and nutrient management, biodiversity management, and organic crop production. Graduates will be prepared for self-managed roles and may supervise others in the organic primary sector.
