Mixology 101 Micro-credential

Program Overview

This 30-hour micro-credential in Mixology provides students (18+) with the knowledge and skills to craft classic and creative cocktails. They will learn the origins of mixology, identify common alcoholic products, and utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to produce both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
