Program Overview

This 3-day program covers food safety practices required in the hospitality industry, including food safety regulations, hazards, and hazard control methods. To earn the Food Safety Certificate of Achievement, students must complete two units and pass the assessments, with knowledge of food storage, temperature control, and contamination hazards. The program costs $210 for one unit or $420 for two units.
