Program Overview

The New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3) equips students with essential skills for hospitality, including restaurant and bar service, café and barista techniques, health and safety practices, and professional standards. Delivered over one trimester full-time, it offers modules in core skills, café service, and restaurant service, preparing students for careers as waiters, bartenders, baristas, and café or restaurant supervisors. The program includes a recommendation for practical work experience or part-time employment to enhance employability.
