Program Overview

This program provides optometrists with the knowledge and skills required for independent prescribing, including diagnosis, management, and safe and effective prescription of ophthalmic medications. The program features a combination of theoretical modules and practical assessments, and upon completion, students are qualified to prescribe ophthalmic medications independently as licensed optometrists.
