Program Overview


MSc Pharmaceutical Technology and Quality Assurance

Overview

The MSc Pharmaceutical Technology and Quality Assurance program is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of pharmacy, health, and biomedical professionals working in the NHS or private sector technical services. The program covers topics such as quality assurance, aseptics, radiopharmacy, quality control, production, and clinical trials.


Entry Requirements

  • An honours degree (minimum Lower Second) or overseas equivalent in pharmacy, a related scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Non-graduates with professional experience and academic ability may be considered.
  • Access to appropriate practice and facilities for workplace-based assignments.
  • Evidence of support from employer to attend residential teaching component and any required work experience.
  • Ideally, a nominated work-based tutor to support the student for the duration of the course.
