LLM Corporate Governance
Overview
The LLM Corporate Governance program is designed to build on your interest in the issues that drive corporate governance law and practice, and reform proposals. You will develop your understanding of corporations and their place in society, and pursue a career in the practice of corporate law.
Entry Requirements
We require a UK bachelor's degree with a First or Upper Second (2.1) classification or the overseas equivalent in Law. Candidates should demonstrate a strong background in Law modules relevant to the course, including Public Law and Contract Law and achieve scores of 2.1 or above in relevant modules.

Fees
