The Interdisciplinary Studies in Consumer Insights program prepares students to develop solutions to meet consumers' needs and wants, assign profitable relevancy to customer efficiencies and satisfaction, analyze the singular consumer's end-to-end journey, identify relevant touchpoints in the path-to-purchase, and build consistency across all CX outcomes. Interdisciplinary Studies in Consumer Insights Degree Highlights

The degree is interdisciplinary, providing a consumer experience management foundation with one or two concentrations (15-33 hours) in areas such as Business Analytics, Communications, Hospitality Management, Information Science, Journalism, Management, Marketing, Merchandising, Psychology, Retail, Sociology, and Sport Management.
