Program Description
The program allows students to study the major systems that comprise health care organizations: governance, finance, clinical services, and human resources. Students will learn to identify and understand the best practices and processes of well-managed health care organizations in various forms (ambulatory care, acute care, long-term care, home health, and so forth). The program provides students with skills needed to effectively coordinate, integrate, and improve the quality of health services.
