Program Description

Earning a bachelor's degree in German Studies involves more than just learning to understand, speak, read, and write in another language. Students gain insights into German cultures and explore literature and linguistics through required coursework and electives. Studying a world language allows students to acquaint themselves with another culture and develop a global perspective. It also can strengthen their analytic and interpretive skills, leading to high scores in math and English courses and on entrance exams.
