Program Overview
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology program at Xavier University equips students with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and social structures, enabling them to become a force for positive change. Sociology, the study of social life, has a broad scope, ranging from the study of the family to hostile mobs, and from the behavior of individuals and groups in complex organizations to the role of sport in society.
