Program Overview
It teaches essential skills such as Microsoft Office applications, financial processing, customer service, communication, data management, and business technologies, enhancing students' employability in a range of administrative positions. Students gain hands-on experience through a simulated work office environment, complemented by online support through Moodle, WITT's learning management system.

Teaching:
This programme is delivered in a simulated working office and supported by Moodle. Moodle is WITT’s online learning management system - tutorial staff will guide you in the use of online learning tools.
Careers:
Graduates of this qualification will have the skills and knowledge to work, or gain employment, in a wide range of general office administration roles in a variety of sectors, under broad guidance. These may include: a sole-charge role in a small business entity, senior receptionist, customer relationship roles, personal assistants and secretaries, lead administrator, frontline customer service roles, call or contact centre operators, office support workers, web administrator, service desk coordinator.

- BSNS3201 Customer Services: The aim of this course is to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes to provide administrative services in a business context.
- BSNS3202 Business Technologies: The aim of this course is to develop knowledge and skills to use business technologies to produce documents for the workplace.
- Additional expenses: Stationery and printing $130 approximately.
