  • Official transcript: Applicants must provide evidence of a biomedical professional degree or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 for the last two years.
  • Prior knowledge of statistics and computer applications is required. Students who do not meet the prerequisites may be considered for admission but may be required to take prerequisite courses.
  • GRE scores (recommended): Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are optional but recommended.
  • Statement of purpose: A statement of purpose of 500 words or less is required.
  • This statement should describe your personal achievements related to your academic interests and detail your educational and professional objectives, explaining why you are applying to SUNY Oswego.
  • Resume: A professional resume or curriculum vitae is required.
  • This document should include your academic history, professional background, and any accomplishments of note.
  • Two letters of recommendation: Two letters of recommendation are required.
  • These references should be able to speak to your character, work ethic, and abilities.
