Program Overview

The Health Humanities minor at Simmons University and MCPHS combines interdisciplinary scholarship and research to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of wellness and healthcare. It emphasizes ethical leadership, cultural sensitivity, and communication skills, bridging the gap between patients and providers. The program includes a Capstone for independent research and encourages optional internships exploring the intersection of health and culture.
