Program Overview

The Strategic Leadership Accelerator is a research-based program designed to empower women at all levels with the skills and strategies to advance their careers. It focuses on navigating gender and social identity complexities, building confidence, and developing essential leadership skills such as negotiation, networking, and strategic thinking. The fully online program includes live sessions, pre-work, peer networking, a 360 assessment, and executive coaching, leading to a Simmons University Certificate upon completion.
