The Business Process Management and Service Innovation Certificate equips professionals with the skills to improve and innovate business processes. It covers supply chain management, process innovation and management, advanced BPM techniques, and service innovation. Courses can be applied towards an Information Systems master's or MBA degree from the School of Business.
