- Declaration of Certification: Candidates must submit a Declaration of Certification form.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- English 1301 or 1302: Passing these courses fulfills the English Language Proficiency requirement.
- TOEFL: Passing the TOEFL is an acceptable alternative to English 1301 or 1302.
- Transcript Translation: A transcript translation by a certified group acceptable to The Higher Education Coordinating Board can also fulfill the English Language Proficiency requirement.
