Program Overview

Western Oregon University's Master's in Organizational Leadership equips students with the principles, competencies, and values necessary to enhance their leadership abilities. The program emphasizes leadership and organizational development fundamentals, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Students engage in action-based learning, applying their knowledge to make a positive impact in their workplaces and communities.
