Program Overview

The Professional Cook Level 3 Apprenticeship program is a six-week apprenticeship designed for graduates of Levels 1 and 2 who wish to enhance their culinary skills. Offered in Kamloops with ongoing intake, the program prepares individuals for careers as journeyman cooks, chefs, or professional cooks. Limited admission requires completion of Professional Cook Levels 1 and 2 certificates.
