Program Overview

This three-semester program provides hands-on culinary training in an environment where students prepare and serve international gourmet dishes in the on-campus cafeteria. Upon completion, participants earn Professional Cook 1 and 2 certifications, with an optional Professional Cook 3 Apprenticeship available, equipping them for employment in the food preparation industry.
