Program Overview

This four-year Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management program equips students with specialized knowledge and skills in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, health and safety, and labor law. Graduates are qualified for roles in human resource management, union negotiation, grievance handling, and other employee-related legal matters. The program prepares students for graduate study in human resource management or labor relations, as well as potential careers in teaching and research.
